Zoning Hearing Board Public Meeting
LEGAL NOTICE
The Borough of Zelienople Zoning Hearing Board shall convene for a public meeting set for Wednesday June 23, 2021, at 7:00 pm at the Borough offices located 111 West New Castle Street, Zelienople, PA 16063.
Docket No. 21- 06-23-001- the petition of: Heartland Restaurant Group, LLC (dba Dunkin Donuts) located at 301 Main Street, Zelienople, PA 16063, have petitioned the Zelienople Zoning Hearing Board seeking variances to the building set back limits, building façade, wall sign projection (two sides), illumination levels, set back limits of drive thru board. Any interested parties as encouraged to attend. Any person with disability requiring special accommodations to attend this hearing should notify the Borough offices at (724) 452-6610 in advance of the meeting. Please note, special circumstances regarding CDC guidelines of social distancing and occupancy limits shall be recommended.
